Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and complete with its original packaging. You will also need your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns where the reason for return is not the responsibility of Conwy Country Supplies, such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the correct item is to return the original purchase. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether a refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
Returns not caused by a fault or error on our part may incur a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the total refund amount.
Guarantee
If your product develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will assist you.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
