Shipping policy
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom, including UK mainland and selected offshore regions.
All delivery timeframes below refer to business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Shipping Costs
- Free standard delivery on all orders over £25.
- Orders under £25 incur a standard delivery charge of £3.99.
- Express delivery is available for £4.99.
All shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Carriers & Services
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – standard delivery service.
- APC – next business day delivery for UK mainland and the Lowlands of Scotland.
Standard orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or APC at our discretion. Express orders are shipped by APC.
Processing & Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery Options & Estimates
- Standard delivery: typically 2–3 business days.
- Express delivery: next business day delivery via APC (UK mainland and Lowlands of Scotland only).
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; remote areas and peak periods may take longer.
Saturday delivery can be arranged on request — please email us for a quote.
Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas
Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Jersey, and Guernsey may incur an additional surcharge.
If an additional charge applies, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the cost. You may choose to proceed or cancel the order for a full refund.
Tracking & Delivery
- You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details (where available) once your order has shipped.
- If you miss a delivery, the carrier will leave a card or update your tracking with re-delivery or collection options.
Multiple Parcels
Some orders may ship from multiple locations and arrive in more than one parcel.
Address Changes & Undeliverable Orders
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address.
- Undeliverable or refused orders may be returned to us by the carrier; re-delivery may require an additional shipping charge.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your parcel on arrival and contact us promptly if items are damaged or missing so we can resolve it quickly.
