General Terms
By placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication.
These terms apply to all customers, including consumers and businesses. We do not offer trade or credit accounts; all purchases are processed at the time of ordering.
Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur. Dimensions and colours are approximate and may vary between manufacturing batches.
In the event of a genuine listing error (such as pricing or specification), we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order before dispatch and will notify you promptly.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT at the prevailing UK rate unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before purchase.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay), as well as Klarna, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully authorised. If payment is declined, the order will not be processed.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and APC network couriers. Delivery options, costs, and estimated timescales are detailed on our Shipping Information page.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned goods have been received and inspected. Certain items may be excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons, where clearly stated on the product page.
Warranty
All products are supplied with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated. Some products may include an extended warranty of up to two years, which will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear.
Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Business Purchases
For business customers, these Terms & Conditions apply except where consumer rights under UK law do not apply. All business purchases are treated as business-to-business transactions.
Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements. Payment details are processed securely by third-party providers; we do not store card information.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and all transactions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
