Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom, including UK mainland and selected offshore regions.

All delivery timeframes below refer to business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).


Carriers

Orders are usually shipped with Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or a courier within the APC network.


Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.


Delivery Options & Estimates

Standard: typically 2–3 business days.

Express: we aim for next business day delivery.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; remote areas and peak periods may take longer.

Saturday delivery can be arranged on request — please email us for a quote.


Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas

Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Jersey, and Guernsey may incur an additional surcharge not calculated at checkout.

We will always contact you to confirm any extra charge before dispatch so you can decide whether to proceed.


Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details (where available) once your order has shipped.

If you miss a delivery, the carrier will leave a card or update your tracking with re-delivery/collection options.


Multiple Parcels

Some orders may ship from multiple locations and arrive in more than one parcel.


Address Changes & Undeliverable Orders

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address.

Undeliverable or refused orders may be returned to us by the carrier; re-delivery may require an additional shipping charge.


Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your parcel on arrival and contact us promptly if items are damaged or missing so we can resolve it quickly.
