Shipping Providers

Orders are usually shipped with Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or a courier who is a member of the APC network of couriers.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 2pm are shipped the next business day.

Standard order shipping is 2–3 days.

Express shipping - we aim to deliver on the next business day.

Saturday delivery can be arranged on request. Please email us for a quote.

Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas

Shipping to the Highlands and islands of Scotland, Jersey and Guernsey may include additional shipping charges not initially calculated at checkout. These charges will always be communicated directly to the customer before shipment, giving you the opportunity to decide whether or not to continue with your order.

Multiple Parcels

In some cases, your order may be shipped from multiple locations and delivered in multiple parcels.
