These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using and purchasing from Conwy Country Supplies, a trading style of Stands Out Ltd.

General Terms

By placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify them at any time, and any changes will take effect immediately upon publication.

These terms apply to all customers, including consumers and businesses. We do not offer trade or credit accounts; all purchases are processed at the time of ordering.

Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur. Dimensions and colours are approximate and may vary slightly between manufacturing batches.

In the event of a genuine listing error (e.g. pricing or specification), we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order before dispatch and will notify you immediately.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT at the prevailing UK rate unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout prior to purchase.

We accept payments processed through Shopify Payments (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay), as well as Klarna, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised. If payment is declined, the order will not be processed.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and APC network couriers. Standard delivery times and service levels are outlined on our Shipping Information page.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval of returned goods. Certain items may be exempt from returns for hygiene or safety reasons (if applicable and clearly stated on the product page).

Warranty

All products are supplied with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated. Some items may carry an extended warranty of up to two years; where applicable, this will be stated clearly on the product page.

The warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Business Purchases

For business customers, these terms apply equally except where consumer rights under UK law do not apply. All sales to businesses are considered business-to-business transactions under UK law.

Privacy & Data Protection

We handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. Payment information is processed securely by third-party providers; we do not store card details.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all transactions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
