Warranty Overview

The Wild Beak EasyFeeder comes with a comprehensive 12-month warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty components such as the timer, motor, or solar panel

What’s not covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or severe weather
  • Water damage due to submersion or improper mounting
  • Consumables like batteries or feed

If you believe you have a warranty issue, just reach out with a description and, if possible, a photo or video of the problem. We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement part or a full unit swap if necessary.

Returns Policy

If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase.

Return conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty
  • Refunds are processed promptly upon receipt and inspection

We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind when returning your item.
